Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your support during this difficult time, we are all adjusting to “the new norm” please be patient with us. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly. Be sure to read our policies located on our website and arrive 5-10 mins prior to appointment time. Late arrivals for appointments will be considered a WALK-IN. NO SHOWS after 3 times will result in a non refundable non transferable deposit of $30 that will go towards your service. If you do not show up, your deposit will be lost **MASK must be worn at all times. *NO extra guest. *NO FOOD or Drinks. We will not be penalizing for any last-minute cancellations due to being sick or caring for someone that is sick. However, please provide us with information as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.
