OUR POLICIES 

We will not be penalizing for any last-minute cancellations due to being sick or caring for someone that is sick.

 

However, please provide us with information as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly and may only reschedule 14 days later. We are trying our best to get every client back in as soon as possible.

Please read this page fully as we have many new updates and want to make everyone fully aware.

Policy

Training/Certification:

All staff are trained to provide your desired service and are trained on Covid-19 sanitation procedures 

 

Stations:

Our manicure and pedicure stations are set 6 feet apart. Plexiglass and face shields will be used when 6 feet social distancing cannot be practiced during services.

 

LATE ARRIVAL:

Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your appointment to complete the sanitizing process. Any lateness of 5 mins or more will result to automatic cancelation. We have a wait list of clients that would take your seat.  

 

Price changes: 

Unfortunately, due to the increase in supply and demand, we have slightly increased some of our prices in compliance to CDC guidelines.

 

Disposable implements:

As always we provide mani and pedi kits for each guest. Slippers will be included with your pedicure.

Limited Capacity :

Walk-ins are welcomed based on availability

 please note - there will be NO waiting area or drying stations. Regular polish for pedicures only.

Due to the limited capacity issue we are not allowing any extra persons that are not being serviced.

Arrival :

Upon arrival we are required to check your temperature and fill out our COVID liability wavier. Masks are required, if you do not have one we will have them avaible for purchase at the front desk.

Please wash/sanitize your hands- we have hand sanitizer at every station please make use of it.

Limit Belongings:

Only bring your form of payment- NO food or drinks will be allowed inside of the salon.

COVID-19 UPDATES

SALON UPDATES

  • Installed Purifiers with Germicidal UV (hospital grade effective at killing airborne viruses and bacteria).

  • All seats are 6ft apart.

  • We have Plexiglass at our reception table, pedicure stations and manicure stations.

  • Appointment based and Call-in/walk-in Based on availability.

  • Employees are screened daily.

  • No drying station available during this time

  • Every client will now have their own kit which will be disposed of or taken with them. Client may not bring back kit to use for the next visit as it is contaminated.

  • Gratuity will be placed in envelope for technician.

CLIENT PROTOCOL

Upon re-opening  DJ NAILS NYC and in an effort to try and keep us all safe during this time there will be protocols that will need to be followed.

  • Please wait until your appointment time to come in please do not arrive earlier do you want to maintain as much social distance in our lobby as we can.

  • No friends family or children while you have services done (sorry moms) our goal is to limit the amount of people in our studio.

  • All clients entering must wear a face mask at all times.

  • Temperatures will be taken upon entering. Anyone with a temperature higher than 99 will not be able to receive services.  A contactless device will be used in checking temperatures.

  • Do Not come in if you are showing signs of illness, have been exposes to someone who has been infected or traveled within 2 weeks of your appointment.
